Dean’s Landscaping was founded over 20 years ago by Joseph Dean who started by push mowing lawns around his neighborhood in Xenia, OH. A couple years later, his brother, Obadiah Dean, joined the company as part owner. Over the years their passion for the landscaping industry has grown and helped build the business into what it is today. Dean’s Landscaping is a company that is built on value, honesty, integrity and trust. Using their past experience working for a concrete contractor, in 2002 Dean’s Landscaping added a full service concrete division to the company to better serve their customers. Today, we have grown to one of the Miami valley areas largest landscape and concrete companies.

Our growing team offers a wide range of services including residential/commercial landscape design and installation, hardscape/outdoor living, landscape lighting, water features and our full service concrete division.

Our commercial landscape maintenance and 24 hour full-service snow removal team, have many years of experience in servicing customers from small shopping plazas, apartments, HOA’s, medical facilities, all the way up to some of the Miami valleys largest hospitals and shopping malls.

Over the years we have strived to be as efficient as possible in order to reduce our waste into landfills. One area we have found to be successful in is the fact that we own and operate a concrete crusher/screener and are able to crush and reuse 98% of all concrete we remove from our job sites. Through recycling we are able to produce 304’s (base gravel), #2 (driveway base) and #57’s (backfill/drainage gravel).

Another area we have implemented recycling is with the use of our own soil processor. We are able to screen, process and reuse 95% of the dirt that we remove from our own job sites into quality topsoil. Through our efforts in recycling we have become an eco-friendly leader in our industry.
