Concrete Supervisor Description

• Advanced skill with concrete patio, steps, walkways, driveways, curbing, etc.
• Experience with stamping and decorative concrete a plus!
• Must have the ability to read designs, set-up, and layout design.
• Routinely interacts with clients by way of introductions at the beginning of a job, answering questions, responding to client requests, and providing a walk-through at the job’s completion.
• Must have advanced knowledge of standard methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in concrete construction and maintenance.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of jobs and equipment.
• Ability to instruct and direct the work of a crew and keep them on schedule.
• Must have the ability to lead and inspire others.

• Experience with residential and commercial concrete and flat work necessary.
• 3+ years of experience in concrete work, including forming, pouring and finishing.
• Proficient with the process of installing concrete from start to finish.
• Proficient with transits, slopes, and grades.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, backhoes, bobcats, mini skid steers, buggies, concrete saws, compactors, and hammers.
• Must be hardworking, honest and dependable, who takes pride in a job well done.
• Ability to meet and exceed expectations for efficiency and quality on all job sites.

• Must have a current and valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to report to work at the designated start time.
• Must be physically able to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors year-round.
• Assisting in snow and ice removal in the winter, along with varied duties.
